Well- we started the day with a little BYU football! It was a perfect 70 degrees, fall was in the air, we were surrounded by the beautiful, colorful Wasatch mountains and the Cougars manageda win against UNLV- (whew) It was a perfect fall day... that's why we live here, people!
We kissed the kids goodbye and sent them with my parents and we enjoyed a little lunch at the above mentioned- who doesn't love some lettuce wraps and The Great Wall of Chocolate?!?!
Finally purchased this awesome CD...it just puts a smile on my face! We listened all the way to see....
our favorite t.v./radio star- Glenn... he was here in town and I surprised Chip with some tickets to finally see our "nightcap" in person. He didn't disappoint!
Didn't I have the cutest date in the house? Just look at those dimples! What a fun day! I am ready to snooze- can't you tell?

Oh my gosh! I love PF Chang and their lettuce wrap!!! Soooo good! I almost took Sam there last Friday night for his bday but ended up to go to Los Hermanos. You are so sweet to Chip!
How fun. We listened to the last of the game and it was a close one. I love PF Changs lettuce wraps, but I have a friend that makes them just as good or better. I will get the recipe and that can be out next project.
I am still totally jealous of your super day! It is great when the stars align, and you can be young and in love again! And, holy cow..nothing, and I mean nothing, beats PF Changs lettuce wraps! If your good pal Mrs. Fife finds a recipe, I sure hope you pass it on...I might eat one every night! And, yes, you did have a handsome date..those dimples are too cute:)

Glenn is our favorite too. he is sooo hilarious, is a daily listen and watch at our house also. Glad you got to go. I will call you, i called last week and you were at Dr. with kate.

PS. Ty, I found my wheat grinder at Harvest Essentials.com. They had a pretty good price, but it took over a month to get to me! Even though shipping was free. But geesh!
What a perfect day!!! PF Changs is our favorite resturant and we love Glenn! Nothing better than some quality time with your hubby!
